Thanks to more than 30 years of experience in employee benefits—and 22 years exclusively focused on
retirement plans—Lynette knows and understands how each part of a plan must function to
succeed. This knowledge also makes her exceptionally skilled at supporting plan clients and advisors.
Lynette is responsible for preparing proposals for sales presentations and investment review booklets
for clients. She also regularly creates investment comparisons and total cost analysis reports, as well as
developing unique customer service and proposal assignments to obtain, process, submit, and retain
business. Her efforts are informed by a strong personal philosophy: Because your profession fills a
considerable part of your life, the only way to be truly satisfied is to do what you think is great work.
Away from her professional life, Lynette’s passions include attending performing arts events, traveling,
and hiking. She loves spending time with her family as well.
