Amy R. Ault
One of the longest-tenured employees on our team, Amy has been with Wilson Albers since 1989. She is
the primary contact for day-to-day client questions and concerns, member advocacy, and claims issues.
Amy’s role also involves coordinating and processing requirements for new plan implementation,
renewals, and preparation for open enrollment.
Her thorough knowledge and experience are a vital asset for both clients and her team—she says she
loves helping employers and their employees with all levels of questions and concerns, from contracting
and billing to assistance using the benefit plan. A member of the National Association of Health
Underwriters and the organization’s Oregon chapter, she also holds a health and life insurance license.
Amy studied at The University of Alaska in Anchorage and Alaska Business College. Married with two
sons and a miniature schnauzer, she likes to get outside whenever she can to walk, hike, and garden.
Other hobbies include music, movies, reading, and taking road trips.
