Nicole Waldron
Nicole has been with Alera ConnectHR since 2021, starting out as a Human Resources intern while she finished her Economics and Business HR degrees at Pacific Lutheran University. Upon graduating, she became a full-time Client Support Specialist working on tasks ranging from recruiting to compensation. Now a Senior Client Support Specialist, Nicole focuses primarily on Benefits Administration. She works primarily with Tribal Organizations and with the Federal Health program.
While finishing her degrees, Nicole was the student manager PLU’s Names Fitness Center for two years and took part in the school’s Nourish program—which helps students gain real-world consulting experience by partnering with businesses owned by women and/or minorities. In the program, she created new social media and website content for a Tacoma business.
In her free time, Nicole loves to swing dance, hang out with her cat, and go on adventures.
