Functional assessments are about assessing the HR function to identify gaps between a clients current and desired state. Functional assessments not only are important for a client, they’re also a means by which we provide strategic solutions to bridge the gap with both short-term & long-term priorities and identifying the resources needed to meet those priorities.
Alera Connect HR offers certified expertise in a variety of HR functional assessment tools to help clients determine areas that need attention or to identify potential compliance issues. The HR Functional Assessment is a comprehensive survey including all areas of the HR function and processes. We complete the functional assessment for clients on a project or on demand basis as well as for our retained services clients upon engagement.
Our team will review the assessment answers and provide clients with the strengths and weaknesses identified to influence the Company’s strategic efforts and provide recommendations and best practices to address any shortfalls within the Company.
