A proven leader with over 20 years of experience in all facets of HR, Wendy serves as HR director for multiple clients and ensures seamless HR functions. Always ready to roll up her sleeves and help do the heavy lifting, she has earned the Senior Professional in Human Resources® designation and is certified by the HR Certification Institute®.

Wendy took a circuitous path to Wilson Albers and Alera Group; among her previous roles, she trained members of the U.S. military on job search and networking skills at bases spanning the Pacific—including Japan, Korea, and Washington. She also worked coast to coast as an HR manager for one of the largest federal contractors in the country.

A graduate of Hawaii Pacific University who earned her Executive MBA at Washington State University, Wendy is married to Drew, a Navy veteran; they have two kids, Kaile and Aurora. When she’s not working, she enjoys traveling, gardening, cooking, and volunteering.
