From client onboarding and project implementation to expense management, auditing, and reporting, Tiffani provides a wide variety of support within all service lines for Alera Group—helping to improve processes and ensure outcomes are aligned with the company’s strategic goals. She also is part of the Alera ConnectHR team.

An Alaska Army National Guard veteran who has worked in several industries, as well as HR, including healthcare, finance, benefits administration, tribal organizations, and as a military paralegal. Tiffani holds a Human Resource Management Certified Professional (SHRM-CP®) designation and has earned the Tribal Resources Professional (THRP) from the National Native American Human Resources.  She is also a cum laude graduate of the University of Alaska Anchorage, where she earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration.

Tiffani lives in Anchorage with her two elementary-aged sons; she enjoys volunteering, helping her kids with baseball activities in the summers, and taking on remodeling projects. As someone who has lived all over the country, she loves traveling and learning about different cultures.
