Tisha Shepersky, SPHR®, PHR®, SHRM-CP®
Tisha has over twenty years of experience providing HR services to businesses in oil and gas, tribal organizations, and healthcare. She prides herself on her client mindset, which she combines with her HR experience to deliver high-quality HR services and results to business leaders and their teams. Continuous improvement is her mantra, which shows in her commitment to staying on the leading edge of HR practices and knowledge for the benefit of her clients.
On the Alera ConnectHR team, Tisha is a true HR generalist whose client services includes writing job descriptions, conducting compensation market analyses, administering benefits, recruiting, onboarding, resolving employee relations issues, and training.
Tisha is a graduate and cum laude from the University of Minnesota-Duluth where she received her bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Human Resources. She holds a Senior Professional Human Resources (SPHR®), Professional Human Resources (PHR®), and Human Resource Management Certified Professional (SHRM-CP®) designations.
Tisha is originally from Northern Minnesota and has lived in Anchorage since 2004. She enjoys spending time with her family and friends and playing the piano.
