Lon Wilson
Lon served as Managing Partner from 1995 - 2021. Through his leadership and vision, Wilson Albers and Alera ConnectHR have grown into thriving businesses that serve the employee benefits and human resources needs of employers throughout the Pacific Northwest.
He continues to believe strongly in the aphorism that “a rising tide lifts all boats,” and approaches nearly everything he does with a vision of bringing people together for collaborative success. Running a business is rewarding, Lon says, but he derives true joy from the fact that his vocation allows him to lead a life of significance.
Over his professional career, Lon has served various civic and professional organizations as a board member, officer, and board chair. When he’s not in the office, the third-generation Alaskan enjoys both fresh- and saltwater boating, along with grilling for family and friends at his lake cottage.
