In her prior experience as a childhood educator and restaurant general manager, Geena developed a strong communication style, service-first mindset, and the ability to collaborate across teams—all skills that are integral to her work supporting the Alera ConnectHR team.
At Alera ConnectHR, Geena collaborates to provide our clients with timely solutions and impeccable customer service. Her broad range of experiences provide clients with a well-rounded resource they can rely on for items such as benefits administration, policies and compliance, compensation and systems support, and professional development.
Geena received her Bachelor’s in Spanish Language & Literature from the University of Wisconsin – Milwaukee, and her Master’s in Human Resources Management from Capella University.
As a Midwest transplant to the Pacific Northwest, Geena enjoys exploring the wonderful nature Washington state has to offer, attending local sporting events, and traveling.
