Throughout her career, which includes more than 13 years of experience in enterprise sales and managing teams, Elizabeth Mahoney has a proven track record of driving growth and improving processes through exceptional leadership and coaching skills. As the Sales Enablement Team Lead, she will put those skills to use developing and executing training programs, serving as a mentor, and collaborating with other departments to ensure success.

Elizabeth served in sales leadership at a variety of other companies before joining Alera Group, helping her teams reach their goals and exceed customer expectations. Known for her strong work ethic and desire to grow and improve, she has completed various training and certification programs—building a strong foundation as a coach and leader.

Outside of work, Elizabeth enjoys playing golf, traveling with her family, and volunteering in her community.
