Brittany Thomas

HR Client Support Specialist

Over more than nine years in the industry, Brittany has gained a broad skill set that allows her to provide
a wide range of vital support services for our Alera ConnectHR clients. She works with them to optimize
HR information systems, benefits administration, vendor management, training, and employee records.

Part of the Wilson Albers family since 2011, her first role with the company included marketing, creating
monthly newsletters, hosting, and advertising compliance webinars, managing social media, and website
development. Brittany also worked with financial services clients before moving to the HR team in 2016.
She is known for striving to provide the best possible service and building lasting relationships.

Brittany graduated from the University of Idaho with a degree in business management and an emphasis
in human resources. She loves working with the “amazing and talented” HR Services team, she says,
along with applying her experience to help every client succeed.
