Bo manages our internal database for Alaska employee benefits clients and is the go-to resource for
designing employee communications materials and benefits administration portals. She also assists and
supports advisors with proposal evaluations and renewals.
A Certified Microsoft Office Specialist, Bo has a degree in applied science, computer information, and
office systems from the University of Alaska. She also taught online and self-directed courses as an
adjunct instructor at the school.
Originally from Thailand, Bo moved to France with her family when she was five years old. Her
international upbringing has given her a unique ability to build cross-cultural relationships, which helped
her adjust quickly when she came to Alaska in 2008.
Bo, who speaks three languages, enjoys the variety of her role and collaborative atmosphere—everyone
at Wilson Albers is given the flexibility to support one another, she says.
