Allyson Thomas, SHRM-SCP®
Allyson has a strategic mindset and broad experience that touches on all facets of human resources,
primarily in the technology and healthcare industries. Since joining Alera ConnectHR in 2019, her focus
has been on client work and the day-to-day coordination of those efforts.
Her lengthy career includes HR roles in global, national, and shared-service environments, along with
partnerships that allowed her to assist several small companies with various needs. She enjoys the
opportunity to be creative and innovative in her work with each client, facilitating an environment that
leads to beneficial outcomes.
Allyson has a degree in HR management from Western Governors University; she also studied business
administration and international business at the University of Washington campuses in Seattle and
A Pacific Northwest native, she loves running and hiking, spending time at her family cabin on Hood
Canal, relaxing with family and friends, and supporting her husband’s music ventures.
